چکیده
The presence of pesticide residues in Dendrobium officinale (D. officinale), a commonly used herbal medicine, has attracted much attention recent years. Therefore, this study presents the levels 141 forty D. samples, which were measured by high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). And we deterministic estimate model to assess chronic and acute dietary exposure risk, as well cumulative risks for adults, children, specific groups consumers. Furthermore, residual risk individual pesticides was sorted adapting matrix-ranking scheme. In 92.5% 43 detected, difenoconazole had highest detection frequency. Multiple detected 85.0% one sample contained even up 17 pesticides. hazard quotient (HQc) (HQa) far below 100%, both indices (HI) did not exceed 100%. scoring scheme showed that four considered pose comparatively potential high including difenoconazole, carbofuran, fipronil, emamectin benzoate. results indicated occurrence could serious health problem public.

Comparison of photosynthesis and fluorescent parameters between Dendrobium officinale and Dendrobium loddigesii.
OBJECTIVE To investigate the photosynthesis and fluorescent parameters between Dendrobium officinale and Dendrobium loddigesii, based on which to provide helpful information for the artificial cultivation of these cultivars. METHODS Seeds were placed on the MS medium supplemented with 0.2 mg/L NAA, 2% (w/v) sucrose, 15% (v/v) potato extracts and powered agar (pH 5.8). Two months after germina...

Dendrobium officinale (Tie Pi Shi Hu in Chinese) has been widely used to treat different diseases in China. Anticancer effect is one of the important effects of Dendrobium officinale. However, the molecular mechanism of its anticancer effect remains unclear. In the present study, gastric carcinogenesis in rats was used to evaluate the effect of Dendrobium officinale on cancer, and its pharmacol...
متن کاملPurification, Characterization and Biological Activity of Polysaccharides from Dendrobium officinale.
Polysaccharide (DOPA) from the stem of D. officinale, as well as two fractions (DOPA-1 and DOPA-2) of it, were isolated and purified by DEAE cellulose-52 and Sephacryl S-300 chromatography, and their structural characteristics and bioactivities were investigated. The average molecular weights of DOPA-1 and DOPA-2 were 394 kDa and 362 kDa, respectively. They were mainly composed of d-mannose, d-...

Metabolomics technology has enabled an important method for the identification and quality control of Traditional Chinese Medical materials. In this study, we isolated metabolites from cultivated Dendrobium officinale and Dendrobium huoshanense stems of different growth years in the methanol/water phase and identified them using gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (GC-MS). First, ...
